Get Paid to Play Baseball in Kent!

A new initiative with the vision to take the quality of Baseball in Kent to a new level, through sponsoring of high level players to support a team to enter into the BBF Triple A League for the 2025 season.

Funding has been secured for such purpose from a corporate sponsor, and Kent Baseball are pleased to offer spaces within said programme.

We are pleased to announce that Will Lintern, GB Baseball Pitching and Catching Director will be in attendance as a special guest coach and will play a vital role in the tryout, including player analysis.

Tryouts are to be held on Saturday 18th January 2025, in Kent, where attendees will be assessed by a team of coaches, and up to five attendees shall be offered a space within the programme, with the annual sum per selected player expected to be in the range of £750-£1,500. Such sum shall be determined based on assessed skills, positional depth, and more.

The tryout will involve assessment of each attendee's hitting and fielding ability, fitness levels, and other abilities, such as pitching (if applicable).

Any player selected as part of the programme, following the tryout, will be required to attend all team practice sessions and games throughout both pre-season and the regular season. 

Any athletes under the age of 18 should have their parent/guardian register on their behalf.

Further details including the exact location of the tryout and the time of the session will be communicated by email to each registered attendee, in due course.

Please note, the tryout has a maximum capacity, so we encourage all aspiring athletes to register early to secure your spot.
